	= Introduction =
	This application is a very simple PHP/MySQL database with PDF invoices and 
	purchase orders.  The idea was to make a simple CMS, CRM, and Asset Management 
	database which would cost very little compared to very expensive and common 
	solutions from consultant providers.

	= The Need =
	Any small business can benefit from web-enabled, bullet-proof database technology 
	and not have to pay millions to consultant companies, like SAP, Oracle, Seibel, and 
	many others.  In 2000 and 2001, there was no open source or inexpensive solution to 
	be found, and the rimric(r) interactive SOHO Edition was very possibly the first.

	Now, SOHOdb is free and open, barred only from commercial use without prior 
	agreement(s).  Download this simple, clean business database, and keep your invoices, 
	employee, customer and other data sets in easy reach.  Modify the application to your 
	purposes, and even pass along the code.  Contact the maintainer to arrange for commercial 
	uses.

	= Notes =
	- All files are modified (some heavily) by M.R.M. Parrott to fix and redesign
